The candidate should have experienced in all types of interior finishing activities along with execution of construction projects. He shall able to get the work done as per the given working drawings or Client's requirements. He must have sound technical knowledge for handling of level machine at site, preparing of BBS, preparation of BOQs, maintaining of site records, making labour bills, contractor's bills, knowledge of Auto-cad and also having excellent English communication both in speaking/writing(preferred).
Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma(Civil)
Experience: Minimum 2-3yrs
2. Business Development Officer - 1no.
The candidate should have experienced in the field of business development with excellent English Communication (speaking/writing), and capable to handle clients independently. He must able to identify and develop relationship with potential professionals to generate business leads. He must have potential to achieve all business targets of the organisation time to time.
